The Power of Positive Thinking

 

Are you tired of the same old results? Do you want to achieve more and accomplish more? Changes start first inwardly and then are manifest outwardly. The power of positive thinking is to encourage you to transform your life by thinking positive and to help you get more out of life.

What is positive thinking?  

Leading Personality defines it as “Positive thinking is a mental attitude in which you expect good and favorable results. In other words, positive thinking is the process of creating thoughts that create and transform energy into reality. A positive mind waits for happiness, health and a happy ending in any situation.”

You are what you think.

Like an athlete condition his body you have to condition your mind to achieve high levels of success. One biblical text references point Proverbs 23:7 states “as a man thinks in his heart so is he. You are a sum total of your thoughts and the battle is in the mind. If don’t control your thoughts of negativity you will be defeat and you will attract perpetual situations and circumstances to validate your thoughts. You can think positive thought and attract positive situation and people. By changing the way you think will change your life. Nothing change to you change and it start inwardly.

Step to help you think positive.

1.      Words. Uses words to change your way of thinking. Words are container and the carry energy. Words creates picture and words repeated over begin to sink in the subconscious mind. Replace negative words with positive words.

2.      Visualization. Visualization is forming a mental picture in your mind. Paint a picture in your mind of the things you want to accomplish.

3.      Affirmation. Repeating positive phrases to reprogram subconscious mind.

 

Your thoughts, words, and action must be in congruent with your goals and desire. If want a better life change the way you think.  Your words impact your life and use visualization to paint a picture in your mind of what you want to achieve. Use positive affirmation to reprogram your mindset.

 You was created for a purpose and that longing inside you is your physiological as  Abraham Maslow describes as “Self-actualization (creative, skills, achieving) The motivation to realize one’s own maximum potential and possibilities is considered to be the master motive or the only real motive, all other motives being its various forms.” Self-actualization is become aware of your purpose and the desire to fulfill it. It’s you reaching for your full potential and become the best you. It’s also your spiritual need. Your dream and purpose is the very reason for your existence. It’s the reason why you were created.

Dreams Give You Direction.

Dreams are blue prints for your life. It gives direction for what you can accomplish.  It’s a vision. It provides meaning.  If you don’t have directions for life you can spend years wandering around in a circle and living a mean less life and never achieving and reach your full potential.

·       Direction saves money.

·       Direction saves energy and effort.

Dreams Attract Provision.

As you start following after your dream you will start to attract all that is needed to fulfill that dream. Dreams provide provision. Within that dreams is the seed to all the provision you need. It would cause abundance supply overtake you. Every million dollar business or invention started out as a dream or ideal. As they continue to follow their dreams the provision where provide as well.

Dreams Changes Lives.

One man dreams impact the lives of millions. He made the sacrifices to bring equality to America. In His name was Martin L. King. Andrew Carnegie changed the world with the use of steel. Carnegie Steel Corporation produce steel that build railroads, sky-scrapers and bridges revolutionizing American steel industry. Rosa Parks helped bring change in America by being the first female civil rights leader. The power of a dream brings change.

Why you should follow your dreams? Without a dream you can spend year wander and living an unfulfilled life.  Dreams bring all that is needed to fulfill its purpose. The power of a dream effect is unlimited. Dreams bring change. You can be the next one that brings change to the world as you follow after your dream.

The Power of Purpose

Are you tied of the same old routines day in and day out? Are you tied of being on the trend-mill of life but deep inside you wanted to do something significant with your life?

Without purpose life seem to have no meaning and you just go with the flow. You are not directing your life but your life is driven by circumstances and situation.

Know your Purpose

Purpose gives directions for life. Purpose gives fulfillment in life. Purpose leads you to your destiny. Psychologically you crave for purpose and without purpose you leave a void empty feeling. Purpose brings focus and raises self-esteem. You are driven, motivated and striving because of purpose.
How to find your Purpose

One way to know what your purpose is by the deep passion you have on the inside.  That one thing you love to do but feared of trying kept you away from you purpose. Next are the dreams you have of what you want to do. You think about your dream everyday but fail to take action.

Take Action

Today is the day to take action. Start today and do something which will lead you to your purpose. If you desire to go to college order a catalog.  Take action without action there can be no results.

What gives a poor kid named John D. Rockefeller the drive to become one of the wealthy men in America? What causes Jay Z become so ambition to rises above the street of New York to build an empire in the music genre? Success is a mindset and the psychology of success shows how people with surmountable odds were able to acquire massive success.

Success is a mindset. If you have a mind of lack you will produce lack. If have a mind of success you will produce success. The mind is the garden where thoughts are planted and it produces a harvest after it seeds whether the seed is success or lack.

Success people follow after their dreams and passion. They are not tossed back and forth live a
wave in the sea. They are drive by their passion.

Success people work habits are different. Most success people work between 14 to 18 hours a day most middle class work 8. There spend habits are different success people spend money on assets that will increase in value. Middle class spend money on liability that depreciates in value. They work to accumulate wealth middle class work for a paycheck.

If you want to live a life of abundance it starts with a mindset of success. Learn how success people think. If you think thoughts of success, speak success, and do what successful people do you can produce the same results.

One reason people fail to get results is because the fail to be at peace. Peace is unity one’s self.  They are out of harmony within. First let’s define peace then go deeper into the subconscious and conscious mind. Peace is defined as freedom from disturbance; quiet and tranquility. Peace comes from within. Peace is being able to focus on peaceful thought within regardless what surrounds you. Trouble may be around you but it doesn’t have to in you. The conscious mind is aware of the circumstances but you can choose do it become a part of your subconscious mind.

M.Farouk Radwan, MSc writes “The conscious mind is the part of your mind that is responsible for logic and reasoning.” M.Farouk Radwan also states “The conscious mind also controls all the actions that you do on intention while being conscious. For example, when you decide to make any voluntary action like moving your hand or leg it is done by the conscious mind.

So whenever you are aware of the thing you're doing you can be confident that you are doing it by your conscious mind. If currently there is a cup of coffee beside you and you decided to take a sip then all of this process will be done by your conscious mind because you were 100% conscious while doing it.

The conscious mind is also known to be the gate keeper for the mind. If someone tried to present you with a belief that doesn't match your belief system then your conscious mind will filter that belief. The same will happen when someone criticizes you or call you names.”

The subconscious mind state M.Farouk Radwan “is the part of your mind responsible for all of your involuntary actions. Your breathing rate and heart beats are controlled by your subconscious mind.

If you started to control your breath on intention then know that your conscious mind took charge while if you were breathing without being conscious of the breathing process then know that your subconscious mind is in charge.

Your emotions are also controlled by your subconscious mind. That's why you sometimes might feel afraid, anxious or down without wanting to experience such a feeling.

Your subconscious mind is also the place where your beliefs and memories are stored. That's why affirmations make no sense and can never improve your beliefs. Affirmations are done on a conscious level and are always filtered by the subconscious mind because they usually don't match your belief system.

The right way to change a limiting belief is to convince the conscious mind logically to accept it so that it can pass to the subconscious mind and reside there. (See How to change limiting beliefs)”

You can reprogram you subconscious mind to success and remove the limiting belief systems. By changing the way you think and changing your mindset you can create wealth, great relationships and great health.

You subconscious mind have already determine how you will handle situation. It has been program before crisis raises how to handle them. Subconscious you been program to used addiction behavior to solve problem or you been program to face them and to resolve them in a health way.

Everything begins with in the mind. Here are some tips on how to develop new thoughts and reprogram your mind. I was listening to the story of Albert Einstein. He thought in pictures, he would see it in his imagination. John Hoskison a famous golf player while he was in prison everyday would get an image in his mind of a great golf game he used the power of his imagination to see the game and how he could develop a better game. After being released he became one of the greatest golf players ever.

Everyday take time to mediate on what you want to do with your life and speak it out loud what you want to do. Stevie Harvey said as a child he would say every day I want to be on TV and now he come on three to four time a day. You got to see it in your mind and then speak it out loud. That image got to be so fix in your mind to nothing can erase it or stop you from pursuing it. It becomes you and you go after it with everything you got. Do Not Focuses on how you going to do it or where the money will come from, because it you focus on lack you will create more lack? Your mind is a

tool to create the life you want.

Read books about other people who are doing what you want to do. You have to read to increase your knowledge. Read, read, read and then read some more. I’m not just taking about spiritual books but other people life history. Example I read Donald Trump’s books to learn how to make deals and real estate. I read Warren Buffett book to learn how to invest.  You have to read.
